FLAT _TUMMY_SEEDS

Placed an order with this online business.. first 2 orders were delivered fine..placed a 3rd order and based on that delivery , promptly placed a 4th order which I paid hor on 24th February. I am yet to receive my order. This person blocked anyone from commenting on her Instagram page . She won't reply to my whatsapp message or take my calls. I don't know how many other customers she has done this to because she is clearly avoiding contact with customers. I have messaged numerous times requesting a refund.
