VERY BAD SERVICE
VERY BAD SERVICE,DRIVERS,AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I've booked a trip from East London to Pretoria for 9 January 2026 my departure date was supposed to be 13:55 . At 15:43 eventually the bus arrived , when I went to speak to the bus drivers they said no plans changed we are suppose to wait for another bus called "Two tours" that is supposed to take us to our actual bus that will be going to Pretoria. At 16:15 the "Two tours" arrived and we boarded to Stutterheim where the other bus was waiting for us , when we arrived there the bus driver looked like a hobo from the streets and wouldn't even let me go to the bathroom at all. While he was the one being late, when the African people asked him if they can go to the bathroom he allowed them VERY ****** towards white people. On the way back he was mostly on his phone whilst driving and not focusing on the road putting everyone on the bus in danger . Every garage stop he made he announced in african language which not everyone can understand, could not even bother to speak English for the other people on the bus . When we arrived at Park Station in JHB I was told they will not be going to Pretoria as they are scared of the taxis ,now I'm asking them and myself why did I book my ticket for Pretoria but now the only drop off I have is in JHB Central . The drivers were absolutely useless and unhelpful and rude. Me and my partner were stranded in JHB Central with no where else to go as our destination was in Pretoria and they refused to drive there. Absolutely ********* and unprofessional, wouldn't recommend this bus service to anyone!!! It will be your cheapest option but please rather pay a few 100 bucks extra for another bus service then putting your life at risk for the cheap skate bus company.

Customer complaint
Worse bus ever always late ..like even now people are waiting for bus at king Williams town station that's supposed to be there at 3:05 but still no bus when you call there customer service centre..the only thing they say sorry there a delay with the bus there's another call on the line ..there communication is very bad

Flexi City Bus is by far the most unprofessional and misleading transport service I have ever encountered, and my experience on the East London–Johannesburg route on 28 November 2025 was an absolute disgrace. The bus never arrived at the scheduled time, there were no offices or staff at the station, and despite promising to call me back, customer service simply ignored me. When I followed up after missing the bus due to their complete lack of communication, I was told they were “not obligated” to return calls or have offices because they claimed to have sent an SMS—an appalling attempt to shift blame onto the customer. Their behaviour is unacceptable, irresponsible, and feels like a ****. Avoid Flexi City at all costs.

This is a ****, I booked a bus from Johannesburg to East london. The bus did not pitch. They are still refusing to give me my refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS NONSENSE. When I called the guy he keeps giving me excuses, my R450 is down the drain because now he is no longer picking my calls. I am being ignored

my parents booked the bus saturday and the bus was suppose to depart sunday evening at 9 and my parents are still waiting at the bus station since past 8

Very poor customer service
I am Soo disappointed with FLEXI CITY CONNECT BUS these people to they are so ****med me.its a second time I'm writing about to them.ive app**** for a refund from the 6th of this month till today when I called I was told that they will deposit the money on Thursday till today.

Never ever make a mistake of taking this bus. They have no office their bus never turns up their call centre agent very very rude animal. I don't even know why they are allowed to operate bunch of ********s.

******* bus bus please be warned to never use this bus they never showed up for a trip from East London to Cape town no communication nothing basically that bus is a **** am not sure why Shoprite is still able to sell tickets for this bus service when they know this bus is ******* they are basically aiding ******* to operate their **** bus.
