Poor customer service.. They upped their price and Internet went from bad to worse. Had called in in 02 December 2024 to switch packages for a decent maybe better experience. They told me change would take about 3monts but there's still no feed back from their side nothing.. . Package I'm on currently network goes down whenever it rains, they take long to respond to a query about it. On their website they say value for money clearly that's not the case just one headache after the other. Truly has been a frustrating horrible experience
