I would have preferred to give zero stars, but the platform requires a minimum of one.

My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. After receiving a quote and making full payment, I was contacted the next day by their sales team, who claimed the original quote was incorrect and requested an additional R72. Revising a quote after payment is not only unprofessional but also undermines customer trust.

I requested a cancellation and refund immediately, yet more than 20 days have passed without any reimbur*****t. Despite multiple follow-ups, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, often redirecting me without resolution.

The company insists on upfront payment but appears to lack a reliable refund process. This raises serious concerns about their business practices and accountability.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative providers who demonstrate transparency, professionalism, and respect for their clients.
