I would have preferred to give zero stars, but the platform requires a minimum of one. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. After receiving a quote and making full payment, I was contacted the next day by their sales team, who claimed the original quote was incorrect and requested an additional R72. Revising a quote after payment is not only unprofessional but also undermines customer trust. I requested a cancellation and refund immediately, yet more than 20 days have passed without any reimbur*****t. Despite multiple follow-ups, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, often redirecting me without resolution. The company insists on upfront payment but appears to lack a reliable refund process. This raises serious concerns about their business practices and accountability. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative providers who demonstrate transparency, professionalism, and respect for their clients.

Had an annual contract with them to carry out quarterly inspections and treatments at my house to bring under control any infestation of: BLACK ANTS After the 2nd treatment and numerous follow up treatments the ant infestation was still prominent. i stopped payment due to absolute failure of treatments. Received a letter of Final demand from ZYLLEYN Creative Credit Collections to pay R2024.00 or i will be sued. I made payment on same day even if it was not fair. Please never make use of this company ever!!!!

Unfortunately this company was unable to remove ****roaches from a building with 6 units and one domestic quarters. This is despite having informed them (in time) that there was an issue. There was no courtesy of a follow up call to see if all was in order after raising the alarm that we were unhappy. I am waiting to hear back from them how this will be remedied. Until such time, my review is 1 star and I suggest other Body corporates do not waste the Body corporates money. It cost us R4,922.00 and the problem is still there. What a waste of funds! The company's response is you are outside of the "guarantee period". But I raised my issues on several occasions. There was no real effort to get rid of the pests at all, so they cannot call themselves a pest control company. Payment was made in full but the company has failed to deliver what they should have.

I made a first time booking with Flick Pest Control Environmental Services at their Wendywood branch for this week, Wednesday 4th March. I made a mistake and accidentally paid their quotation TWICE on Friday 31 March 2023 at 12.30. I immediately contacted their Sales Person and forwarded the proof for both payments. I included my bank account details with clear instruction to please refund the money of the second faulty payment that I made into their bank account - as funds were needed for my month-end debit orders. The email was forwarded to the relevant account department. Gloria (at accounts) promised me that she is just awaiting for the bank statement to show that the payments cleared, before she will forward it to her financial manager for a refund. I followed up with them again on Monday (4 April), as I know that the funds had cleared in their bank account. I left several messages at their switchboard for Gloria and for their salesperson (Paul) to call me back, neither of them returned my calls. I was copied in an email by their financial manager, Genevieve Engelbrecht, to Gloria on Tuesday, 4 March at 9.27 am, that read as follow: Hi Gloria, Our Director is in the UK and will be doing the next payment run on the 15th. Apologies for the delay. I've send them another email that payments can be authorise on your app and online banking, even when out of the country. I am in need of my funds, had no reply from the Financial Manager Genevieve, nor Gloria since then. I eventually got a hold of Paul on the telephone later during the day (Tuesday, 4 April), he told me he informed them of the situation and forwarded the email to Gloria. I also explained to Paul that electronic payments are not limited to whether you are in South Africa or the UK. It is unacceptable that I must wait until 15 April for their payment run to receive my money. I am not one of their debtors delivering a service to them. Why must the director authorise payments when they have an accounts department with a debtors clerk and a finance manager?! It is my money and this behaviour is in violation of the Consumers Act.

I requested fumigation in November and nothing has changed up to date the Flick Pest team has come to redo the fumigation over 4 times with no change, and the technicians do not work according to the time given which is also frustrating seeing as that I have small kids and I am a working individual so I will have to make provisions for when they arrive. I requested a refund so that I can get someone else to do the job seeing as though their fumigation solution is not working and they are not responding. I am highly frustrated and really irritated for such a huge company to be like this I guess that's why people prefer using smaller companies because they will do the job knowing their brand reputation is on the line. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

we recently contracted Flick Environmental Services to help us with a ****roach problem at our home. They carried our the fumigation on 18 Nov. A week later there was no change in the problem. I contacted the sales agent again only to be to told it would take 10 days for the treatment to work. More tgan 10 days passed and we saw no change. We contacted Flick again and they sent a team to redo the treatment at no charge on 10 Dec. Today is 25 Dec and there has been no improvement at all. I chose Flick thinking we should rather go with a large reputable company so that we can have peace of mind. I would never recommend Flick to anyone. We simply threw our money down a drain.

So we appointed Flick to do a spray for termites at our house, all went well until the drilled through a water pipe in our bathroom. The plumber had to go through our foundation inside the bathroom to get to the pipes. Because the tiles are so old they cant be matched. So Flick have decided that we should just put 4 other random tiles in our bathroom because these old tiles are discontinued. Surely a company offering a service like this will have insurance to cover these events. Why should we be stuck with 4 random tiles in our bathroom? When Flick have caused this damage. I have been dealing with Flick since February and in May, Veni Naicker and Nazeer Ismail have confirmed that Flick will do nothing further. This is unacceptable and needs to be repaired.
