BP South Africa launched a model car collection. I am now sure the offer is nothing more than a ****. I have been to at least 4 different BP petrol stations in Johannesburg to try and collect my model cars but was told no stock. I am now in Durban and went to 2 different BP stations and was also told there is no stock. This is obviously false advertising with an attempt **** drivers to using BP
Today we bought fruit from Woolworth online and one of the items was a tub of Blueberries. When we received the item and opened it, the berries were rotten and had worms in the container. This is not what you would expect from Woolworths. i am writing this review directly to Hellopeter as we have in the past complained about poor service or bad quality from woolworths with no response from the company.
Last night (Thursday 26/09/24) I needed to call Nedbank customer care and i tried for hours without anybody answering even though the dept is supposed to be available 24/7. Most frustrating. I needed a copy of my bank statement due to an emergency. when i eventually spoke to a person, I was told they cannot help. Today 27/09 I called Premium banking and was told if I needed a custom statement i would need to go to a branch. In this time and age, this is the most ridiculous thing. Why do we have a banking app and Customer contact people if I still need to go to a branch. Is Nedbank trying to purposefully annoy the people that pay their salaries by banking with them.
Today 7 aug 2924 needed to deposit cash into my nedbank acc ans used the Atm at the randridge mall in Randpark Ridge. The atm swallowed the cash but did not register the deposit and no receipt issued. I called Premier banking and the Team Lead Eugenia Sithole would not take the call. I called the Managing Partners office Mr Thomas Ciko. His PA also did not answer the call. I left a message with recelption who promised to pass the message to Mr Thomas but since 11am till now 16h46 no assistance. I now get an sms telling me it will take 21 days to resolve. I needed to have the cash sent due desparate urgency. Now because of Nedbanks ineffeciencies and poor support infrastructure i am having suffer. Even though i like every other client pay the bank to ensure we are not unconvenienced.
we recently contracted Flick Environmental Services to help us with a ****roach problem at our home. They carried our the fumigation on 18 Nov. A week later there was no change in the problem. I contacted the sales agent again only to be to told it would take 10 days for the treatment to work. More tgan 10 days passed and we saw no change. We contacted Flick again and they sent a team to redo the treatment at no charge on 10 Dec. Today is 25 Dec and there has been no improvement at all. I chose Flick thinking we should rather go with a large reputable company so that we can have peace of mind. I would never recommend Flick to anyone. We simply threw our money down a drain.
On Saturday 26/11 my wife and I did our grocery shopping at the Woolworths Clearwater store. We shop on a weekly basis between Woolworths Clearwater and Woolworths Honeydew Village. 2 of the items that we bought were the lamb frikkadels and the halloumi patties. Our average bill in your stores is around R 6000.00. My wife prepared the frikkadels on Sunday. Immediately after eating i started experiencing sever stomach cramps and within a few minutes severe diarrhea and vomiting which could only mean that the mince was badly off. At first we thought this is just a once off and 1 bad tray. sadly it was not so, We then opened 1 of the trays of the halloumi patties and upon opening the tray stench of rotting food from the tray was simply unbearable. The stench was so strong that my wife threw up immediately. This has really put a sour taste in our mouths (no pun intended) and makes us think twice about the quality of Woolworths food. We have written to Customer Services of Woolworths but they just ignored the complaint so we wrote directly to the CEO of WW and guess what even he has not bothered to respond.
Over the past few months my family has spent a great of time shopping on the Superbalist.com site. It has been much easier to shop for he big brands from the comfort of our home but they have recently also started buying Superbalist's private label brand "SUPERBALIST". Sad to say this brand is a huge embarrassment to the company. The merchandise look great but so far every item that we have bought has proved to be of really inferior quality in make and fabrication. From the fits it is very obvious that they are skimping on their cuts to reduce cost. To date every item we have bought had to be given away to some one that it would fit. (My wife does not have the patience to return). This is either a sign of totally unqualified buyers but i would think it is more to do with incapable upper management. If i had to hazard a guess I would put my money on the fact this downgrade of merchandise has everything to do with the business principles or lack thereof of the former CEO's of Design Liaison who are now joint CEO's of Superbalist.
