Waste of funds - cannot do what their business is - don't use
Unfortunately this company was unable to remove ****roaches from a building with 6 units and one domestic quarters. This is despite having informed them (in time) that there was an issue. There was no courtesy of a follow up call to see if all was in order after raising the alarm that we were unhappy. I am waiting to hear back from them how this will be remedied. Until such time, my review is 1 star and I suggest other Body corporates do not waste the Body corporates money. It cost us R4,922.00 and the problem is still there. What a waste of funds! The company's response is you are outside of the "guarantee period". But I raised my issues on several occasions. There was no real effort to get rid of the pests at all, so they cannot call themselves a pest control company. Payment was made in full but the company has failed to deliver what they should have.

Don't waste your money with Flick Pest Control

Kettle stopped working after 1 year 7 months - warranty process is a nightmare
Tevo is the manufacturing company of the Bennett Read brand. Here is my experience: purchased kettle in June 2020. Did the extended warranty of 2 years on Tevo website. It stopped working after 1 year and 7 months. Took it back to Makro. Makro advised it will take 2 - 6 weeks for an assessment to be done. This begs the question - what is the point of a warranty, where I sit without a kettle for so long. What am I supposed to use now?
