What a great service they offer, efficient friendly and thorough
I took out a month to month contract with Cel C, now when I give them a months notice they tell me that their is an Early cancellation fee, The contract is R 199 per month on a month to month contract but to cancel this contract will cost me R 2000.00. how is this then a month to month contract. We are told all calls are recorded but when I ask for proof of when this was disclosed to me they cant give it to me. They are merely taking people for a riding signing them onto contracts under false pretenses. Never do business with them they will steal your money.
So my children booked their flights home from varsity and then the country when into lock down again, so Kulula decide not to fly, now they are trying to rebook using the vouchers that they already paid for, no response to 3 emails and over the past 3 days I have held on to speak to somebody for more than 30 minutes each day and have not had their phone lines answered once. So no answer on email and no answer on telephone, no wonder they recovering from business rescue because they feel it okay to charge customers and then make it impossible to get flights actually booked.
I handed papers in to open 2 business contracts on the 14th October, and to this day have not had any answer as to why they have not been openend yet, I used to speak to a lady at MTN Clearwater buit now she does not take my calls? Must be good to not need any news business.
I have been trying to get hold of them via phone and mail since the 19th May, to date I have had no repsonse!
So we appointed Flick to do a spray for termites at our house, all went well until the drilled through a water pipe in our bathroom. The plumber had to go through our foundation inside the bathroom to get to the pipes. Because the tiles are so old they cant be matched. So Flick have decided that we should just put 4 other random tiles in our bathroom because these old tiles are discontinued. Surely a company offering a service like this will have insurance to cover these events. Why should we be stuck with 4 random tiles in our bathroom? When Flick have caused this damage. I have been dealing with Flick since February and in May, Veni Naicker and Nazeer Ismail have confirmed that Flick will do nothing further. This is unacceptable and needs to be repaired.
We had Forbtech change our telephone lines from Telkom to their VoiP in November last year, since they have installed their system to date, we have had no or intermitant telephone lines. They have tried since January to rectify the problem but have not been able to. We have now taken legal action against them as they cant fix the problem and wont release our lines for us to get the service up and running again.
