A little unfortunate
It’s unfortunate that my last month on the rental property would be so badly matched as from the second of Jan 2025 no elec gate access , puss/manual gate, they missed the electricians??
My/ the agent magic in it self however what is said for the rest?, all electrical purchases in and delays from her declared, me a prestine tenant declared by them?,that never pays late or disregard refuse removal policies (2 bins for 6 houses!) how is this possible, I recycle lucky!! full rent always by the 20th latest but acces to no promise! Push gate until my last rental day?? @work Long days imagine youreself!! Dark in Dark out!! How about the the safety off all other tenants on property and a a lot in a small space!, is this how flif supreme operate one wonders?, good luck D to U and this .

With careful deliberation and meeting from agent I certainly understand beter ( if only the case from the beginning) yes frustrating circumstances determine our day, week, or month but understanding better it’s some part agent some part owner and who is the agent without ownership of property rentals trying or achieving maximum gain?, are me and the agent small fish in rental pond?
I have left the premises and thank You Dane for always being on guard and looking out for you're tenants in huge shark bowl!
Nevertheless who pays the money and how can they just frequently bite and get away with it!
