It’s unfortunate that my last month on the rental property would be so badly matched as from the second of Jan 2025 no elec gate access , puss/manual gate, they missed the electricians?? My/ the agent magic in it self however what is said for the rest?, all electrical purchases in and delays from her declared, me a prestine tenant declared by them?,that never pays late or disregard refuse removal policies (2 bins for 6 houses!) how is this possible, I recycle lucky!! full rent always by the 20th latest but acces to no promise! Push gate until my last rental day?? @work Long days imagine youreself!! Dark in Dark out!! How about the the safety off all other tenants on property and a a lot in a small space!, is this how flif supreme operate one wonders?, good luck D to U and this .

These guys have been our agents for many years, since their new payment system, we've been receiving inaccurate statements, invoices, etc. The personnel especially the owner Erica have no respect when dealing with tenants and are completely unapologetic.

Incorrect invoices, reflecting double utility charges. Providing incorrect outstanding balances. Unapologetic towards their mistakes. Maintenance issues remain unfixed for more than 5 years.

These people are cons , they know the apartments ghey ard renting are total rubbish , then when you leave they they find silly reasons to take your deposit...NEVER EVER USD THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU ....

I rented a unit at Willow Crest in Midrand using FLIF Supreme. They refusing to pay my deposit R6 150 because my notice was 3 days late. This is ridiculous....... I will not recommend anyone using FLIF Supreme.

I used Flif Supreme to rent a flat in Midrand and I must say... Great experience since day one. My now former agent- Selma, has been great and offered exceptional service through the duration of my contract. My deposit was paid back just days after moving out which was impressive. I definitely recommend this agency to manage your property and as your rental partner.

I used Flif Supreme to rent a flat in Midrand and I must say... Great experience since day one. My now former agent- Selma, has been great and offered exceptional service through the duration of my contract. My deposit was paid back just days after moving out which was impressive. I definitely recommend this agency to manage your property and as your rental partner.

These people will use any opportunity to rip you off of your deposit. On the 7th December 2017 I gave notice that I'd be leaving end of the month and that I had a deposit of R4k which was due, I had been staying at the property for over 3 years, they said fine and gave me a list of things i should ensure are done and at the house before i leave, I complied and left the property in mint condition even hired 5 people to scrub and clean. I left the flat and gave the keys to the neighbour and when i enquired about my deposit on the 7th January they told me because I gave notice 7 days late in December that I would forfeit my deposit and would be liable for paying rent for January as well. They also told me that the house was left in a mess which was absolute nonsense because I hired 5 people who could bear witness to cleaning the house. After days of back and forth emails I told them I'd lay a complaint on hellopeter. The people I dealt with were Erica Myburgh and Selma Nasser. A few days later Selma called me to tell me she'd like to meet face to face to discuss the misunderstandings. I did not respond. Unethical is unethical, they can keep the money. At least now more people will know that they will smile to your face but steal from you in broad daylight.
