These guys have been our agents for many years, since their new payment system, we've been receiving inaccurate statements, invoices, etc. The personnel especially the owner Erica have no respect when dealing with tenants and are completely unapologetic.
Incorrect invoices, reflecting double utility charges. Providing incorrect outstanding balances. Unapologetic towards their mistakes. Maintenance issues remain unfixed for more than 5 years.
When attempted to claim after joining a year ago: consultants advised me on different procedures to claim, unprofessional. Prospecting insurance seekers beware: These guys bound you with a compulsory netstar contract for 3 years, if you decide cancel the insurance, they force you to pay the full remaining term of the contract. Also if you scratch your car with no third party involved you pay double the excess for something that might cost R3000 to repair (you'll pay +- R7000) I am cancelling asap.
We've requested quotes numerous times with precise details on the required product, they simply do not care to follow up when facing a challenge on their side. Complete disregard to provide acceptable service. Bricks we received in the past were fine. They have a serious lack in customer service management.

I bought a memory module order 171366, the courier people needed to contact me to deliver but PC Link Computers failed to provide my telephone number with the delivery. this is a simple admin task to add with the delivery instruction..
I bought an attendance machine for my business, I cannot download the required files from the device no matter what I try. After a long delay from my first email asking for help, Snatcher tells me to refer to a website to see if it will help me. When I click on the website link it takes me to a domain registration site, nothing regarding the machine I bought. I asked for a refund beginning of this week, still no reply I should have reviewed them on hellopeter first. Please avoid these thieves.

What I do feel is a violation of the consumer protection act is that there is in fact no BREAKDOWN of the costs. I had do discover that one single collection call that lasts for a mere 3 minutes costs around R20 a call. My salary was paid late in October, when I managed to pay my accounts, I was shocked to see that they charged me couple of calls, most of which I didn't even answer</p> <p> </p> <p>Had I seen a breakdown on the contract, I probably would have thought twice about taking the card. I believe this is a total rip off, with unreasonable collection charges, and in violation of our consumer protection act. Please think twice when signing up with these institutions.</p>
