Terrible service!!!.
Worst experience in a long time. Nobody at Bosun seems to take their work seriously, after three phone calls and an online request for quote over a period of two days, still no response. The staff have such a negative attitude, not one of them is any different from the other.

Terrible service!!!.

BBB - Bosun Bricks Bad!!!
********** service and attitude. They take our drivers money then refuse to let him into the yard because his license disk had expired. No effort whatsoever to assist. Yard manager Charles Adriaanse arrogantly and simply quoted "company policy" I threatened to lay a charge of theft with SAP.

BBB - Bosun Bricks Bad!!!

Terrible Services - would not recommend
Dealing with Bosun has been an absolute nightmare. I am in the middle of paving my driveway as they only delivered half the bricks. The MD, FD Sales directors or anyone that may be able to assist is unavailable. The emails they give me to contact one of the mentioned just bounce back. Sales department do not respond timeously, only once I start screaming and shouting. A week later I am still not further along to find out when the rest of the bricks will be delivered as they have problems with their quality.

FIRE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER OR APPOINT ONE.
We've requested quotes numerous times with precise details on the required product, they simply do not care to follow up when facing a challenge on their side. Complete disregard to provide acceptable service. Bricks we received in the past were fine. They have a serious lack in customer service management.

Terrible quality and service
Absolutely appalling redid our paving through Style Craft Paving who uses Bosun as their supplier for bricks.Upon washing the bricks the first time half of the bricks colour come off.Gerritt from Bosun came out and agreed this was not right,then responded saying they will replace a pallet which is not good enough how are they going to replace random bricks as the damaged bricks are scattered.Keith from style craft agreed saying this is not a practical solution either all the bricks need to be replaced or we need to be refunded and as to this date we have had no further response so will have to now take this matter further.65k spent on paving and a month later looks shocking!!!

Bad service
I contacted Bosun for a quote 17.07.17. I emailed them several time after to get revised quote or ask questions. Note every time i try to phone the lines are not working or no one answers. Our client then accepted our quote and we wanted to proceed with purchasing the bricks as per the quotes. I tried phoning again and got cut off before i did i said to the gentleman that i did email him and he must respond as i would like to make a payment. Vver a week later and still no response. I now went with a different company. Bosun lost a sale of R130 000.00. And i will not recommend them to any of our clients. They obviously dont care about their clients and giving good service. this is directed at Bosun Midrand and also not the first time something like this is happening

BOSUN Brick poor Quality
My pavers was delivered at my house. However, when installing the paving bricks we noted the selected color (Autumn-Blend) was not supplied consistently throughout the pallets as some other colors (\mixed blend\" and \"red\") appeared in +- 40% of the pallets delivered. <br> <br> To date, two of the BOSUN representatives have visited the site and indicated that the color is correct. But a blind man can see that a distinctly different color (Red and mixed blend) appears obvious allover +- 40% of the newly paved area. My work came to a stand still on Monday and to date we are still waiting to here from BOSUN with no response. <br> <br> It seems like it was a bad production day as some of the delivered pavers are thicker than others and also clearly cracked in the middle, with the color as the most obvious issue of them all. <br> <br> In addition, during my visit at Bosun in Midrand I requested to see how Autum-Blend looks in a square meter and what was displayed to me at Bosun did not include any mixed paving bricks with some looking like \"Red\" or \"Mixed Blend\". "
