My pavers was delivered at my house. However, when installing the paving bricks we noted the selected color (Autumn-Blend) was not supplied consistently throughout the pallets as some other colors (\mixed blend\" and \"red\") appeared in +- 40% of the pallets delivered. <br> <br> To date, two of the BOSUN representatives have visited the site and indicated that the color is correct. But a blind man can see that a distinctly different color (Red and mixed blend) appears obvious allover +- 40% of the newly paved area. My work came to a stand still on Monday and to date we are still waiting to here from BOSUN with no response. <br> <br> It seems like it was a bad production day as some of the delivered pavers are thicker than others and also clearly cracked in the middle, with the color as the most obvious issue of them all. <br> <br> In addition, during my visit at Bosun in Midrand I requested to see how Autum-Blend looks in a square meter and what was displayed to me at Bosun did not include any mixed paving bricks with some looking like \"Red\" or \"Mixed Blend\". "

I bought my SAMSUNG top loader washing machine in November 2013. 14 months later (Jan 2015) it broke down. Then it was repaired as part of the 24 month warranty. <br> It broke down again with the same problem in June 2015 (5 months after the previous breakdown). <br> Then it broke down again with the same problem in +- Oct/Nov 2015 ( -4-5 months after the last breakdown again).<br> My machine broke down again now in Feb 2016 (27 months after purchase), but unfortunately it is out of warranty now and I understand that I have to pay.<br> <br> It was repaired every time by technicians in the first 24 Months with great service, however for some reason my last call logged ( +- Oct/Nov 2015) cannot be found on the system that actually qualifies me for a replacement of this bad product and now I need to start paying for more breakdowns.<br> <br> Clearly a very bad product that required replacement within the first 24 months of warranty but was never processes and I was not informed that I can have it replaced as it had 3 breakdowns within the 24 month warranty. :-(<br> <br>
