I ordered an item on 13 November (before the black Friday rush) and delivery was supposed to be between 23 and 25 November. I have not received my item yet. The only way you can contact Flook is via their "Contact Us" page on their website or via email. I have sent 3 emails, sent 5 "contact us" messages and sent a message through Instagram over a period of 1 and half weeks. Absolutely no reply! They say they will reply within 24 hours, but that does not happen! If the excuse is that they had high demand, then they seriously need to employ more staff. I have purchased through flook a few times prior and have never had a problem with receiving my item, even though I had to wait a week or so for the item to be delivered. Not communicating is unacceptable, and not having my goods shipped after having paid for them is shocking! I've been waiting for close to a month!
