I purchased a voucher for one of their travel offerings. When I received the bill it was 40% higher than their advertised price. They admitted that the advertised price was erroneous but refused to honour it. As I had already booked flights I simply had to carry the additional unaudited cost. They refused to acknowledge that they were in breach of the consumer protection act.

We've bought a voucher for a 4-ball + carts through Flook at Royal Cape Golf course for this coming Monday (22 December 2025). When confirming the tee time and use of carts, the lady in the pro shop she told us that Royal Cape 'has absolutely no dealings with Flook' and that we will have to pay full price on arrival. We were told to contact Flook. We're pretty sure this is just an uninformed employee at the golf course, but since this is time sensitive and we've already contacted Flook through the website, we want to accelerate the support response time. Can you please advise what our next step must be?

To the Flook and Vodacom Teams, I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have received from Flook. I had ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on 2025/11/11, but have not received delivery thereof after more than a month. Despite numerous attempts to contact Flook, I have received no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue. Instead I received the standard line of "We have received your contact request with the following details. We will get back to you soon!" on every query I have lodged. It is clear that Flook has no intention of delivering the goods that I had paid for. I would like to warn all potential shoppers to stay away from buying anything online from Vodastore when the supply is to be done by Flook.

Dear Vodacom and Flook Teams, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from both Vodacom and Flook. Despite multiple attempts to contact your teams, I have received no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue. I purchased shirts on the Vodabucks Store and received an SMS with a code to redeem on the Flook website. However, despite following the instructions exactly, the code does not work, and I am unable to redeem my purchases online. This is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about Vodacom and Flook issuing invalid or non-functional redemption codes. This situation feels misleading and completely unacceptable. Adding to my frustration, neither Vodacom nor Flook has responded or provided assistance despite multiple attempts to reach out. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking, sending me emails telling me there is escalation but its going on for close to a month now. I urgently require this matter to be resolved and expect immediate feedback. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will continue to escalate this matter until it is addressed. Clearly a common issue with Flook - no response although the correct channels are followed. I purchased an item with them more that a week ago that is the incorrect size. Trying to find a way to exchange for one bigger has been nothing less than frustrating. After 4 attempts via mail and 3 callbacks I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment that Flook is aware of my request. This is the first and last time l’ll use Flook, sadly I was warned. I ordered an item on 13 November (before the black Friday rush) and delivery was supposed to be between 23 and 25 November. I have not received my item yet. The only way you can contact Flook is via their "Contact Us" page on their website or via email. I have sent 3 emails, sent 5 "contact us" messages and sent a message through Instagram over a period of 1 and half weeks. Absolutely no reply! They say they will reply within 24 hours, but that does not happen! If the excuse is that they had high demand, then they seriously need to employ more staff. I have purchased through flook a few times prior and have never had a problem with receiving my item, even though I had to wait a week or so for the item to be delivered. Not communicating is unacceptable, and not having my goods shipped after having paid for them is shocking! I've been waiting for close to a month!

I bought two items on the 05 of November through redeeming vodacom discount and only received one item on the 24th of November after sending Flook two emails. I emailed them again on Monday about the other item that's not yet delivered but no response and what makes it worse you can only communicate with them via email only no direct call. Other online shops deliver within 7 days not 20 day's.
