I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from both Vodacom and Flook. I have contacted Flook multiple times, and yet I have received absolutely no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue. I purchased a shirt on the Vodabucks Store and received a SMS with a code to redeem on the Flook website. Despite following the instructions exactly, the code does not work and I am unable to redeem my purchase online. This is incredibly frustrating and raises serious concerns about Vodacom & Flook issuing invalid or non-functional redemption codes. It feels misleading and completely unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, neither Vodacom nor Flook has provided any response or assistance despite multiple attempts to get help. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I urgently require this matter to be resolved and expect immediate feedback. This level of service is unacceptable , and I will continue escalating until the issue is addressed.
Dear Vorna Valley Spar Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed through your online platform (Order #82389) which was never fully delivered, with no refund provided, and no communication from the store to inform me of any issues. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied with the level of service and transparency provided. On the day of delivery, I ordered Fanta Sparkling Drink, Orange Flavoured (6x2L) and requested four packs, which were discounted at the time of purchase. However, upon delivery, these items were missing, and no explanation was provided by the driver. Furthermore, despite numerous attempts to contact the store by phone, I received no response or assistance in resolving the matter. When I visited the store in person, I observed that the Fanta drinks were indeed in stock. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled, as it appears the items were available despite the claim that they were out of stock. If the store is unable or unwilling to fulfill orders for advertised items, this should be clearly indicated to avoid misleading customers into making purchases under false pretenses. It is unacceptable for items to be marked as available and discounted in your app, only for the items to go undelivered without notice. Nor was I contacted to discuss the issue. This lack of communication and transparency is unprofessional and unfair to customers. I request that you urgently deliver the items I ordered, along with an explanation of why this occurred and assurances that similar issues will be prevented in the future. Dear Zulzi Customer Support, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Zulzi regarding my order placed on Saturday with order number 72DK6J. The two bottles of cooking oil I ordered were cancelled and not delivered. However, a family member placed an order after mine was cancelled and received her delivery without any issues (order number 72F9YQ). When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the reason for the cancellation was simply "we don't know what happened." This explanation is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that this is not the first time I have encountered such an issue. Previous feedback from your support team has also been vague and unhelpful. It is highly concerning that Zulzi is treating customers in this manner. It feels ********* and as though tricks are being played to extract money from customers without delivering the promised goods. This is completely unacceptable. I urgently request that the Midrand store manager contact me to resolve this matter. When I asked for a replacement, I was told it was not possible. When I asked for a refund, I was informed it would take 7 days. This delay is unreasonable given that Zulzi is quick to take funds from customers immediately upon placing an order. I requested a call from the manager on Saturday, but despite assurances, I have yet to receive a response. It is unacceptable that the manager has been "busy" since Saturday and has not returned my call. Please address this matter urgently. Zulzi’s handling of promotions and order deliveries appears inconsistent and unfair. I expect a prompt resolution and a satisfactory explanation for this issue.

Firstly, I must address the extreme short notice provided to students regarding the graduation date. The lack of adequate notice significantly inconvenienced many students, making it difficult for them to make necessary arrangements to attend the ceremony. This disregard for proper communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the organization. Furthermore, the fact that certificates for the National Diploma Project Management were not printed and available on the day of graduation is utterly unacceptable. Despite an email sent out on 14 March assuring students that certificates would be delivered the following week, it is now 27 March, and I, along with many others, have yet to receive our certificates. The lack of communication regarding the delay in delivery only exacerbates the frustration and disappointment felt by students who have worked tirelessly to complete their courses. As someone who completed the course in 2021, I fail to understand how this process could take so long. AIE had more than sufficient time to sort out the printing and distribution of certificates, and the delay reflects poorly on the organization's efficiency and professionalism. Upon arrival at the graduation ceremony, I was dismayed to witness disorganization among staff members who were still sifting through and sorting out certificates while students were left waiting. This lack of preparation and organization further marred what should have been a celebratory occasion for all involved. Therefore, I request an immediate status update on the certificates and a confirmed delivery date. It is imperative that AIE takes swift action to rectify this situation and ensure that students receive their well-deserved certificates without any further delay.

Extremely poor service! OneCart has not fulfilled any of my orders placed. This morning I placed an order, only to find out that the items are not in stock. Order cancelled by One Cart with no refund. Please urgently explain this!
I placed an order on the 14th of December 2021 for delivery only to get called on the 16th to say no stock. What is the point of placing orders online if Dischem will not fulfil the order?? Why was I allowed to pay and proceed with the order if there is no stock? Dischem did not even attempt to try to fulfil my order. False advertising. Do not buy online from Dischem.
Very poor service! Yesterday at 06h30am I received a sms that my package will be delivered on 01/12/2021. I called the customer care line twice to confirm this. Customer care made contact with the driver and the driver re-assured the agent that my package will definitely be delivered. I tracked my order on the night of 01/12/2021 and see that the delivery was unsuccessful. I received no communication! I still havent received my package. Customer care in not helpful and is not assisting to resolve this. Please urgently contact me. Pathetic service!
