Worst delivery company ever their support staff is useless management does not provide feedback. I have been struggling for over two months now to get my money back from them as a payment went through twice, after sending banks statements notifications nothing has happened. This company shouldn't exist. They either steal your time, your money or they mess something up.

I ordered 3 big mag medium meal,2 Double quarter with cheese regular meal, 2 medium chilli cheese fries on the scoot app at about 11:10 am today and paid R481.30 via debit card, I waited for long to get my meal and received a call from 0212011155 and spoke to a lady who told me that Mac Donald had system issues and apologized and asked for extra 15 minutes, I agreed and finally when the order arrived one meal was missing and driver even confirmed that the order is not complete, I tried to call and complain on the app but I did not get the an answer or reply from scoot. I am very annoyed as this is not the first time I get incomplete order.

Worst service ever. Driver went to the wrong address, then returned the food. Now they are blaming me and telling me to collect the food from the restaurant. Why did the driver go to the wrong place and penalising me?

Vodapay had a special so I thought Id give them a try again. I dont know if the problem lies with scoot or Mcdonalds because both orders I now placed with them had items missing. Last week I got no chips even the happy meal had no chips. Today they left my burger behind. Their support had a 40 min waiting while the delivery in itself took about an hour. When you dont respond on the chat the close the ticket and then you have to go through the whole process again. i cant watch my phone and wait the whole time for their replies.

I placed an order at 10h45 today its now 14h00. I did not receive my order. The restaurant says there are no outstanding orders for Scoot. Such poor service, paid for my order but did not receive it.

I bought a mc Donald meal through scoot. I made an EFT payment. I never received any messages about my order, till today. I never got my order. Money went out from my account. I called vodapay for assistance and they did confirm that money did go out from my account. Now I just want a refund. I sent an email to scoot and they have not responded.
