We've bought a voucher for a 4-ball + carts through Flook at Royal Cape Golf course for this coming Monday (22 December 2025). When confirming the tee time and use of carts, the lady in the pro shop she told us that Royal Cape 'has absolutely no dealings with Flook' and that we will have to pay full price on arrival. We were told to contact Flook. We're pretty sure this is just an uninformed employee at the golf course, but since this is time sensitive and we've already contacted Flook through the website, we want to accelerate the support response time. Can you please advise what our next step must be?
Do not buy from Audiomart unless you are willing to wait a LONG time (my order finally arrived after almost 7 weeks). Appalling customer service, with broken promise after broken promise. I placed an order for an item on 22 Jan 2021, and paid. All items were listed as 'in stock' and that delivery would take a delayed 2-6 business days as a result of Covid impact. I initially didn't get an email confirmation, which I queried both via email and on the Whatsapp contact. I then got an email to say I had an 'incomplete order' but couldn't get verification over the weekend that they had actually received the order (fair enough, weekend and all). On Monday 25 Jan 2021 I received a confirmation email, but no ETA for delivery other than needing to allow '3-6 business days' due to COVID. And so begins the repeated process: after a week of no communication and no delivery, I would enquire as to the status of my order. Within a day I would get a reply to the extent of 'We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we're having problems due to COVID/warehouse/suppliers. Your order will be with you soon.' Eventually I would be told "Your stock is arriving tonight and will be shipped tomorrow" and nothing would materialize. I was even told "The items are here and will ship tomorrow." Nope. This went on for a total of 6 weeks. Clearly, Audiomart do not have stock of items, even though they say they do (and even though their website clearly indicates that: "We only allow ordering of product we have in stock, the site will display "out of Stock" for a product that is temporally out of stock. This system ensures that you are ordering current stock that you will receive timeously." I will not be buying through Audiomart again.
