Dissatisfied with Flook
I bought two items on the 05 of November through redeeming vodacom discount and only received one item on the 24th of November after sending Flook two emails. I emailed them again on Monday about the other item that's not yet delivered but no response and what makes it worse you can only communicate with them via email only no direct call. Other online shops deliver within 7 days not 20 day's.4 replies
