Clearly a common issue with Flook - no response although the correct channels are followed. I purchased an item with them more that a week ago that is the incorrect size. Trying to find a way to exchange for one bigger has been nothing less than frustrating. After 4 attempts via mail and 3 callbacks I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment that Flook is aware of my request. This is the first and last time l’ll use Flook, sadly I was warned. Shocking service
