I purchased a voucher for one of their travel offerings. When I received the bill it was 40% higher than their advertised price. They admitted that the advertised price was erroneous but refused to honour it. As I had already booked flights I simply had to carry the additional unaudited cost. They refused to acknowledge that they were in breach of the consumer protection act.
Bought a new Rav4 4 months ago. Still got no spare key. Neither the sales branch or customer services will talk to me even though I have contacted yhem multiple times.
Problem solved. Although I had an issue with he wah my panels were installed, Gosolr was very helpful in addressing the problem.
A very good product, but sadly once you are locked jn they don't card too much about you. A poor installation will not be rectified unless the problem is identified within 12 months
Dstv streaming has been down for 3 days. Not s word of communication from Multichoice. They are blaming it on the cable break. If that means no dstv streaming until the cable is repaired, they need to inform us so that we can terminate their services. Their lack of communication shows a complete disregard for their customers which of course we have known for some time. They are a disgrace!!
