Dear Vodacom and Flook Teams, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from both Vodacom and Flook. Despite multiple attempts to contact your teams, I have received no feedback, no assistance, and no resolution to my issue. I purchased shirts on the Vodabucks Store and received an SMS with a code to redeem on the Flook website. However, despite following the instructions exactly, the code does not work, and I am unable to redeem my purchases online. This is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about Vodacom and Flook issuing invalid or non-functional redemption codes. This situation feels misleading and completely unacceptable. Adding to my frustration, neither Vodacom nor Flook has responded or provided assistance despite multiple attempts to reach out. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking, sending me emails telling me there is escalation but its going on for close to a month now. I urgently require this matter to be resolved and expect immediate feedback. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will continue to escalate this matter until it is addressed. Please respond without delay. Kind regards, Akshar Singh

False advertising at Vodacom I was due for an upgrade on my data contract. I called vodacom to cancel my contract, a consultant by the name of Nozipho attended my call and told me that vodacom wants to retain me as a customer. So Nozipho offered me a few deals. Nozipho offered me 50gig day 50gig night with an Alcatel router and also a cherry on top of 50gig anytime data all for R229. I responded by telling her I will get back to her as I need to discuss this with my fiance I called her back that very same afternoon but got transferred to like to different consultants who told me they will email Nozipho to contact me. She did contact me but when I mentioned the deal she offered me earlier that day , she responded before i say yes let me check, some how the call got cut, she didn't return my call. After speaking to 7 different consultants they tell me it was a mistake on their consultants side. And that no deal exists like that. When I called in today they tell that no deal exists like that. It's just 50gig day and 50gig night with a router for R229. I remember her telling me this deal, but the difference is Nozipho sweetened the deal by adding the extra 50gig anytime data. My argument is that Nozipho clearly emphasized that she is giving me an extra 50gig anytime, which makes that 100gigs day and 50gig night with a router she, further advised that it's a really good deal and that I should take it. This is against the consumer protection act!!! That conversatin was False advertising. And the 7th consultant Mikhail was questioning me as though he is some kind of lawyer representing Vodacom. He told me he listened to the call recordings and it was a mistake and he apologizes on behalf of his colleague. That is unacceptable, I want that same exact deal that was offered to me, or even better for the mistake and inconvenience. As a loyal customer of Vodacom I am entitled to that deal that was offered to me. After all that trouble a rewards manager representative from Vodacom Mxolisi Khumalo contacted me over a week ago promising the deal even made the arrangements, I even went to the store and signed the contract, once that was done they told me there is an error it's been to weeks my time and petrol going to the store and the phone calls and nothing has been done. I have all proof on email. Vodacom this is outrageous!!! This is going on for a month now. I am reporting this to the Ombudsman!
