Lack of communication for Refunds
I have been trying to get in touch with someone from Flook for a refund for the past couple of days. There is no contact number and there are no responses to my emails. I have logged two tickets, sent them a message via instagram as well as emailed the different email addresses available but still no response. I just want to get my refund at this point. I had high hopes for Flook as they present a great image online.
