Not a good experience from start to finish. They outsource the installation. They have been to site THREE times to redo tiles. When they quote they quote 10% extra, I had to ask for that spare. They then leave to the installer to make contact with with you, EVEN though you pay FS the installation costs. Installer in my opinion is sub standard. Im STILL waiting for The SW Manager to give me a PAID STAMPED installation invoice - this is bordering on nearly THREE months of completed substandard work in my opinion. I recommended them and withdrew my recommendation. Never use them every again. The "Franchise Owner" entertained my complaints right in the begining and gave me a 5% discount and then passed me onto his SW Store Manager. When they want your business they will jump hoops after sales service is apalling. I get told I have a 2 year guarantee on installation. The Installer is their "JV" why do i have to keep chasing their installer. I am not happy with SW Flooring Solutions .
