Flooring Solutions Somerset West
Not a good experience from start to finish. They outsource the installation. They have been to site THREE times to redo tiles. When they quote they quote 10% extra, I had to ask for that spare. They then leave to the installer to make contact with with you, EVEN though you pay FS the installation costs. Installer in my opinion is sub standard. Im STILL waiting for The SW Manager to give me a PAID STAMPED installation invoice - this is bordering on nearly THREE months of completed substandard work in my opinion. I recommended them and withdrew my recommendation. Never use them every again. The "Franchise Owner" entertained my complaints right in the begining and gave me a 5% discount and then passed me onto his SW Store Manager. When they want your business they will jump hoops after sales service is apalling. I get told I have a 2 year guarantee on installation. The Installer is their "JV" why do i have to keep chasing their installer. I am not happy with SW Flooring Solutions .

EXCELLENT SERVICE EX KOVILAN NAGIA
I have had to access a recently chipped pet and change alternate contact details on both chipped pets. Kovilan Nagia is SIMPLY THE BEST. Service and timeous response is beyond excellent. Perhaps Virbac should clone this efficient human. THANK YOU KOVILAN.

I had Damian and Mo come through this week - what pleasant, friendly efficient technicians ... nothing was too much trouble. They came back at my request and took less than 5 mins to connect something that I could not connect. These 2 are absolute treasures. THANK YOU Damian and Mo.

Recently I had an annual policy increase. Found the increase fair and acceptable. The consultant that answered my questions was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I feel secure that I am liaising with competent and COMPASSIONATE people where animals are concerned. I'm a feral feeder and what I see sometimes makes me lose faith in humanity. Thank you Dotsure for renewing my faith in people that work in the animal planet. Vee

I was assisted by Jaen Boshoff. I found her to be extremely informative, knowledgeable, precise, concise, patient and friendly. Jaen sent off information asap following our telephonic comms. I would recommend newbies to definitely ask for her if implementing pet insurance. Was a treat liaising with Jaen, especially on grudge purchases ... Thank you Jaen.
