Be very careful of this business

Be careful of this business. Their poor workmanship resulted in me contacting the manager with factual evidence of shoddy workmanship for correction. Their installation foreman was rude and abrupt and refused to accept responsibility. Their office sales/manager never visited the property to inspect their shoddy work and resorted in defending his foreman and spewing out verbal insults to me via a WhatsApp message. In hindsight I should NEVER have paid them the full amount upfront (as per their policy) and have taken my business to a more reputable supplier.
