Disappointing Service

I am very disappointed with the service received from Flow Finance. I did an application early this morning and was told that there is an IT issue and a ticked has been logged. There is no response from I.T. The previous month when I did an application, there was also an I.T issue and had to wait 3 days for my mandate to generate.

Really disappointing service to loyal clients.
