Hoax company
I am starting to believe this company is a *****ulent. No feedback at all. Application stuck at being processed for days now. No contact number only email, and none of my emails they respond to. So Now they sit with all my documents.

I have been asking these people to remove the application from their systems for a month as the it has been “processing “ for a month now but they keep debiting my bank account R250. I’m tired of sending emails

Update at credit bureau
My last debit order went off end August, I have emailed and phoned after these people to get updated at the credit bureau... I dont know what to do anymore.. They are not getting back to me. I have never been in arrears or anything. They even imp**** that they did send through my details to be updated.. Nothing...

Very bad service and slow.
Flow Finance,the worst worst. My mom did her application 3 days ago with no money in her account,her status Application says successful but there's no money. I have have been sending emails with no response. You are the worst.

Disappointing Service
I am very disappointed with the service received from Flow Finance. I did an application early this morning and was told that there is an IT issue and a ticked has been logged. There is no response from I.T. The previous month when I did an application, there was also an I.T issue and had to wait 3 days for my mandate to generate. Really disappointing service to loyal clients.

Flow finance disregard for ther own policy.
I am disgusted with the customer service of flow finance as I have app**** on the website early this morning. There policy says that i will rceive feedback within 2 hours of the submit of my application. The Priyanca lady keeps saying that they have a system issue and that she has not received my application. How can that be. And another thing everytime i apply on the website the system has some sort of issue, you either don’t receive a mandate and now it's this. Unprofessional from Flow finance.
