I put my account on cool for 10 days, which was supposed to be unlocked yesterday . Now unlocking is a mission and a half. I called. I emailed, they sent an sms to say I can login, when I do, my details don’t match and still states account is self excluded. How is it self excluded when I didn’t have access. I emailed this morning and no one is interested in assisting me. Poor service I just say.
The building managers (Karibu) and security guards at the Diamond get paid to sit and do nothing. I’ve been complaining about noise from the same unit snd theu never do anything about. They never answer my calls nor respond to messages on WhatsApp. DO NOT MOVE TO HERE.
The most useless agents ever. I’ve been waiting for connect to an agent for over 30 minutes. You cannot have a live company and hire useless and *********** staff. Waiting to chat to an agent on a “live chat” is pathetic. You will lose customers because of your stupid agents. Do better!!!!

I requested for my policy to be cancelled last December. In January I was debited but the refunded the funds back. 2 days ago I was debited once again and I sent emails with the transaction details but nobody cares to respond nor refund my funds back. This is one of those companies I would never recommend because what’s so hard about cancelling a policy when requested the 1st time. I want my refund before the end of the week. I cannot be sending emails and being ignored. This is frustrating. You’re a big company, do better.
I’ve been complaining about noise on the 2nd floor at the diamond, both the security and building manager ignored my requests to attend to the issue. It’s the 2nd night now and I’m unable to sleep because these people are running on the hallway and the tenants at 231 are loudly arguing. I works shifts and I need all the sleep I can get. These security guards and building (female ) have been ignoring my request. It’s so disheartening, having to beg adults to do what they’re being paid for. I would not recommend anyone to come live here. Requests are ignored. More disappointing when the building manager doesn’t even acknowledge your messages.

I app**** for a 90 days loan not so long ago. Upon enquiring about my loan agreement to sure sure of the repayment , I was told it’s a 1 month loan when I selected 90 days. What’s worse is that you cannot even view your loan agreement on their website. I’m disappointed at the service and will never use them again.
I made a manila payment to FASTA but they still debited me. I’ve been sending emails the whole week snd no one bothers to reply back. I need my money back. I trusted this company so much but now I don’t know how I feel about it. I’m disappointed but FASTA
