I am not happy at all , they debited the amount I was owing on the 15th of december but when I log into my acconut to check if it was updated it still show as if I never paid. I did send an email proving I was debited and no one responded, we are in March now and there number doesn't go through still and this Lime is showing negatively on my credit profile.

I am extremely frustrated and stressed due to ongoing issues with Lime Loans. I settled my Lime Loans account in full in November 2025. After settlement, the account was still reflecting as a default on my credit bureau. I called multiple times requesting that my credit profile be updated. I was then advised to log a formal dispute. I followed the process and had to wait three months for the investigation to be completed. In February 2026, I received confirmation from Experian that the dispute was resolved in my favour and that my credit report had been updated accordingly. Now, to my absolute shock, the same Lime Loans account has reappeared on my credit bureau as a default listing. This is severely affecting me — I am currently unable to apply for credit because of this incorrect listing. This situation is unacceptable. I have already gone through the dispute process once, waited months for correction, and received confirmation that the matter was resolved. I should not have to repeat this process again for the same paid-up account. I urgently request that Lime Loans: Immediately remove the incorrect default listing from all credit bureaus. Provide written confirmation that the account has been permanently corrected. Explain how this error occurred after the dispute was resolved in my favour. This ongoing issue is causing significant stress and negatively impacting my financial standing. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. I look forward to immediate assistance.

Good day Kindly note i have decided to report lime loans for the misleading information which I believe is theft under false pretence in December 2025 I have received a call from lime loans which was recorded advising me I have a settlement discount and I was advised I can pay R909 to settle my loan I did not have the money at the time so I couldn’t pay however towards the end of December 2025 and beginning of January 2026 I have been receiving messages about the R909 I have to pay to settle my loan I did not have a problem with that then on the 20th I went to the website where I downloaded a settlement quotation advising how much I should pay and that it is valid till when I then decided to pay however the system took more that what was required then now I am being told I still have to pay the R909 to settle the account which now the total amount you are now advising is more that what was advised to me I believe I was mislead and because the system took more than what was agreed on money has been ****** from my account I tried calling numerous times and sent multiple emails however no respond so I am considering escalating the matter to the higher up i can see there are many reviews regarding this matter if possible because please contact me so that we can have a strong case against this together we can

I had a payday loan with Lime Loans, for some reason money was taken then again reversed. At the time I noticed and emailed them and even paid them way more than I should even though I did not reverse this amount. I owed them R2000 something and they said I now owe them R5000 something which I then made arrangements with Jessica in their department who is now not responding to my emails when I asked for a paid up letter. I checked my clear score and they have made it as if I never paid them! I sent their department a proof of bank statement with 6 payments on from September 2023 to February 2025 and the incompetence of the agent sending me another email to say she only sees 5 payments. I then had to email her again which I have screenshot the dates and payments which she clearly did not look at properly. I have been emailing these guys for a paid up letter. I am sick of them! I just want this off my name as I have proof of bank statement paying them for 6 months. I want my paid up letter and my name cleared!
