I am very much frustrated with Lime Loans, I have settled my debt and received a paid up letter yet their profile still reflects that I am owing and missed payment on the ITC
DMC is just a **** my Mr Price account 34770846 has not been updating correctly on the credit bureau for the past six months, despite consistent payment In May, I made a payment arrangement to pay R150 per month, which I have been doing. However, the account still reflects on the bureau as if I have missed payments. Furthermore, I recently made a settlement arrangement to clear the remaining balance in two instalments — one of which has already been paid. I now have one final payment remaining to close the account. Despite this, the credit bureau still shows an incorrect balance, along with a status of missed payment and overdue by more than 120 days, as shown in the attached screenshot. I kindly request that this matter be treated as urgent and be resolved within 24 hours, as it has significantly affected my financial wellbeing.
I was expecting delivery yesterday from RAM, I did not have my cell phone with me but took it upon myself to call them at 8am to inform that I don't have a phone, they must go ahead and deliver at the delivery address it is correct and there is someone at home to receive the parcel, I receive a notification at 15:00 to say the parcel failed to be delivered because they could not reach me on the phone. I called them this morning and the last consultant I spoke to at 09:17 hung up on me

Shoprite kwa thema square, stood in a que for 1 hour at the money market till, there's only 1 person working there very slow taking 15 minutes to serve one person, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Time wasting
I am following up on a refund, my order was cancelled on the 8th of March, its the 17h today and there's no communication or any funds reflecting in my account. The customer service agent I spoke to does not really know hoe to assist, her feed back was that she will check and get back to me in 4 working days. really now??? Please attend to this matter at a matter urgency
I am writing this out of huge frustration with your company, it well seems like you are playing gimmicks with people's lives. I submitted a claim for funds to be paid on the 15th of November 2022, to date I have not received a cent in my account. I have been to your offices in Braam several time and I was given dates in which were not honoured. The last date I was promise I would receive the funds was yesterday and nothing came through. I am unsure as to which angle you want me to take from here on, or maybe I should involve the media in all this because it is uncalled for. I have kids that did not start school yesterday because of this ordeal, it was my son's birthday yesterday and I seemed like a failure as a ****her. fix this mess, the money should reflect in my account today by 12pm today and not any second later
I ordered books on the 24th of last month to date I have not received any communication or any indication as to when the order will be delivered. due to the delay of this order I ended up finding an alternative since the books were urgent, I requested a refund and still no communication whatsoever concerning the progress of the refund bad service
I ordered food inline for delivery and the food never arrived. tried calling the store but no assistance was provided, money was however not returned to me
Money has not reflected in my account it's been 3 days now and the consultant keeps on saying by end of business will reflect everyday when I call
