I bought a book at Van schaik so the lady who was assisting gave me a wrong book which she was looking at the list of books I gave her and now I want to return it only highlighted one sentence they are refusing and the book cost R1300 where am I gonna get this huge money because of the ignorance of staff.

NEVER BUY HERE!!!! I am not sure if this is a fly by night or a ****. I ordered one book paid on the 10th of Feb and never received feedback. Then I queried got a reply that the website is down after another few days I said give me a refund as I need the book so I bought it from another reliable store. It was confirmed refund will be done on the 27th of Feb. Still to this day no refund no explanation no feedback.

I placed an order online on the 9th of Feb for books that were marked "instock" and its the 11th of march I havent heard anything from them. I wrote an emil to their support center a ticket was opened and closed without any resolve or contacting me. I called the support center and I was left holding with no assistance.

I have ordered a book online on 4 February because the stores told me the book is not available with them, but it's available online.. When I ordered, it showed there's two (2) in stock. But by the Monday, when I check on the order, I was told it is out of stock. Van Schaik doesn't even bother communicating with their clients, nothing. Secondly, I asked a refund then last week, once again - no confirmation from their side. No acknowledgement at all! Pathetic.
