I placed an order online on the 9th of Feb for books that were marked "instock" and its the 11th of march I havent heard anything from them. I wrote an emil to their support center a ticket was opened and closed without any resolve or contacting me. I called the support center and I was left holding with no assistance.
I wish I read the reviews before making an online order before purchasing. I placed an order on the 25th of April and its been prossessing ever since and zero communication from them. when I enquired about the order after the expected delivery time I was told that they had placed an order for the mattress with no indication of when it would arrive and they didnt indicate that they didnt have it instock. I would not recommend them as there is also no functionality to cancel the order and get a refund to get the mattress in another shop!
Submitting the claim was the easiest part however, everything after that has been very frustrating! my device was collected from me by the service provider 1 day after submitting a claim and it has been more that a week since then I still don't have my phone, and it was only in for a screen replacement. Naked insurance did not even communicate after recieving the damage report I had to email them to ask for feedback. Even with the service provider there is no feedback, I have to keep on emailing them to ask for progress. I made it clear to device doctor that I do not have a back up phone and I need my phone to work but still there is no progress. I would have preferred to take my device in for replacement at a place I have confident in, I don't understand why my phone has to be shipped from DBN to JHB for repairs when we have istore and iworld here who do a better and quicker job. Naked is great if you don't want to deal with tidius admin but not so great when you actually need the service. my previous ensure fixed my phone within 24 hrs
