Rms measurement and control Rms performance Just a warning to anyone else looking to buy from rmsonline.co.za Rather buy somewhere else. Ordered trunking and when it ws delivered realized I ordered the incorrect size. Sent them an email to exchange and didn't get a reply. Sent a second email and got a reply that they can't exchange because it was not bought in a full box. This was R202.00 and I could have driven to them to swap it and even paid the difference. These guys have no idea what customers service is. A negative review for a measly R200.00... Lol.. I'd just go to Chamberlain, Builders, Leroy Merlin, etc and buy the correct size... Give up for some businesses sometime😅

Was originally assisted by another agent who actually sold me the policy. One I received the policy I had some queries and sent a message on WhatsApp. Themba rep**** swiftly and answered my questions. Although he could not resolve the issue himself due to the nature of it he had a specialist call me. The issue was resolved and I confirmed the cover. So far so good... hope the service levels remains the same
Sent a WhatsApp message on a Friday night with no expectation of a reply. Received a reply a few minutes later and had a conversation on the product query i had. He gave me good advise, different advise and person opinion. Made payment On the Saturday morning and received the Radio and Speakers on Monday. The price is absolutely amazing... I doubt i would find this cheaper anywhere else. if i could give 10 stars i would. Next purchase would definitely be be with Allis Auto Sound and Alarms.
My initial experience wasn't too great as i thought i had been scammed as i did not receive my package and the communication from the company wasn't too great. But after a while i received some feedback on my queries although it wasn't immediate and then stopped again. I was pleased to receive my package about a month later. Then i needed to order the same item but was a bit skeptical. but because i was not in a hurry i decided to give them a chance. Amazingly the item arrived 4 days later. I pinning the issue down to the courier company they use as the 2nd one Dawn Wing is alot more professional than the first one that delivered my package which was Buffalo Logistics.
