I don't have DSTV but I keep getting messages saying that I need to payR381.24 before 23/08/2015. Can you please check your billing systems and stop the sms's I have been receiving as I don't own a dish. My number is 084 627 1518<br> <br>

Send ammendment form but was never changed
I have a policy with Betterlife/ Altrisk. I recently changed my bank account and I notified Betterlife that I changed Banks. Johan Van Vuuren send me a amending on 20 February 2015. On the same day I completed the from and send it back to Johan via email. On Friday I got a call from Arthur saying that my policy is in arrears and that it will lapse on Friday. I now have to pay R500 and something for that policy just because Johan never send through my form with the updated Banking details. Is this now fair to me to be paying extra money just because my form never reached the relevant people? I made sure that my things was send through in time because i did not want to have any arrears.

HIGH WATER BILL YET NO ONE STAYS THERE
Why are we pay so much for the water bills? Is the metering of the water even read each month. Last month (Feb) I got a water bill of R200 +, and now the bill is close to R500. My problem is that, at the moment there is no one staying at the property now and no one is using water at that property but the water bill is so much. Do these people check the water meters at all before they send out bills. Why should I be paying so much but there is no one at the house and non of the water has been used. This is really pathetic to an extent. Mangaung is ripping us off really.

R50 off my Account each week
I have been an Absa client for many years now./ I get regular updates of my money in the Bank every Friday. I have however noticed that whenever I get these updates my money is R50.00 short (every week) SO if I have R300 on Monday, when I get my notification on Friday I only have R250.00. And if i dont withdraw any money I will have R200.00 the next Friday. I just want to know why this is??? Where does all the R50's go each week????? It would have been another case if this was happening and at the end of the year all the R50's are there for me to use but that is not the case. And if I dont have any money in my Account why is the R50's not deducted at all. Can someone please explain this to me as I dont understand it at all
