I have been calling the debt review department for 2 days straight with no success. I have been kept on hold for almost 20minutes at each go yet no one ever answers the phone. Can someone help me get a prescription letter.
I have been trying to get a confirmation of no debt/prescription letter from Lime loans but I have not been successful. Their phone is never answered, and emails are not responded to. Can we have contact details that actually work.
Horrible, inconsiderate service from the Funds at work team namely administrators Thando and administration manager Naomi Combrink. I resigned from my job on the 25th of September 2025 and then initiated the process to withdraw my vested component from Momentum on the 6th of October 2025. I received confirmation that I would receive funds not more than 26days from the 6th of October 2025. On the 28th of October I got a sms to call momentum and on that call found out that administrator Thando was instructed to verify an instruction from me on the 16 of October 2025 but he didn’t. He only sent the sms for me to call on the 28th (12days later). After that I requested for him to give me feedback which he didn’t and proceeded to take leave without handing my file over to anyone. I called again on the 30th of October and he was dismissive and didn’t care telling me I had to wait another 14days for him to complete the process now that he is proceeding with my instruction. I sent an email to Naomi Combrink to complain but received no response or assistance from her as a senior. From information received on a call on the 29th October the process could be done in 3-4 days (please check recordings). I have explained that this is money I need to pay to my studies where I made an arrangement for the first week of November as per confirmation from Momentum on email that I would receive funds within 26days. Can someone please urgently assist and solve this matter as promised before 26 days from the 6th as this is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth and even making me reconsider deciding to leave my retirement fund with Momentum and not transferring. This is really showing that Momentum employees lack the element of being client centric, considerate, human and even really don’t care about their clients. I bought an Alva outdoor freestanding canister heater on 27/06/2022. The heater has malfunctioned after changing the canister. I'm at the shop to return the item and Daphney at the returns office tells me I cannot my money back and that I have to wait upto 6 weeks to have the item checked out and repaired. Is this fair? I want my money back. In 6 weeks winter will be over and I have a 2 year old baby.
If i was able to give no star i would not give any stars. I regret the day I moved into a place that uses NetVendor because this is straight up daylight robbery. How can a household of only 2 people (1 being a helper and myself working away from home) use almost R1400 worth of electricity a month. Their system was set by myself to let me know when I have R80 left but guess what i get notifications when I'm at a minus. I honestly detest this company.
I am extremely disgusted with the service at Metropolitan life. In 2019 June I got a call from one of their advisors Maphakiso Mofokeng selling me funeral cover. I specified that I was looking for cover for my parents who live in Swaziland. I also specified that my father is a South African but my mom is not. The advisor said that would not be a problem. I then asked her then asked her to call me at 18:00 that day. When she called i again repeated that my mother is not South African to which she said it was not a problem. I later took up cover with policy number 316311044 and paid R565 per month. I paid for 3 months. I then read on my policy documents 3 months later and saw that it clearly stated that no SA Id holders are not covered. I called in to cancel the policy and put in a complain also requesting for my money back. I got a call from a Team manager saying he has listened to the call and found that I had specified this 3 times on the call and that the advisor specifically answered saying it would not be a problem. The Team manager then said I would be refunded. It has been 2yrs and no matter how many times I have followed up I am always promised that i will get my refund or have advisors hang up. The last person I spoke to told me that a Team manager Letlohonolo had escalated the matter back in April/May 2021. On 31 May 2021 I spoke to Precious who asked for me to send her my ID copy and confirmation of account which I did but till today I have not received my refund. Today I called and twice advisors hung up on me saying they are following up. Metropolitan Life is a complete scam and takes advantage of people. I am beyond disgusted and infuriated. it was easy to take my money but it has become a nightmare to get it back ??
I actually don't know why we cant give negative ratings because these guys deserve that. Can someone please help get these fraudsters arrested. I have received letters of demand saying I have not paid for services rendered. I called and was told that they have tried to debit me to get their ****en fraudulent payment. when I checked with my bank no such debit order was authorized by me and now I'm being threatened with being listed on ITC. The person I spoke to was rude as **** and when I call to cancel whatever subscription they say is in my name the number does not go through. Basically these guys have been stealing my money without my knowledge. Please help someone our hard earned money is being stolen by these ****ers
