My last debit order went off end August, I have emailed and phoned after these people to get updated at the credit bureau... I dont know what to do anymore.. They are not getting back to me. I have never been in arrears or anything. They even imp**** that they did send through my details to be updated.. Nothing...
I paid an account with NRB Risk Solutions and they said i have to wait 2 weeks for a paid up letter.. i waited, there was another story about escalating it to MBD, i am still waiting for the paid up letter from them.
My name is Seybil Barnardo. I have been trying to get to the bottom of all this for how long now.. First i was handed over from Wonga to SSDA, then they told me i was handed over to Nimble, who handed me over to SSDA again.. without any NOTIFICATION.. ive paid faithfully every month to Nimble, but i cannot even realy get hold of them.. I had to phone around and ask what is happening Now SSDA phones every day and if i have queries, they charge me for everything.... SSDA in the meantime adds fees that are more than the amount that i can afford. i dont know what to do anymore
