Flow finance disregard for ther own policy.

I am disgusted with the customer service of flow finance as I have app**** on the website early this morning. There policy says that i will rceive feedback within 2 hours of the submit of my application. The Priyanca lady keeps saying that they have a system issue and that she has not received my application. How can that be. And another thing everytime i apply on the website the system has some sort of issue, you either don’t receive a mandate and now it's this. Unprofessional from Flow finance.
