Bad Service, inconsiderate service provider

So my baby had bloods taken and medical aid did not cover the whole costs... I have tried to make payment arrangements, I haven been told that if I make those arrangements it could only be over 3 months, which is an amount that I cannot cover with my salary vs expenditure..... I previously had the same problem of medical aid not paying for bloods with Lancet and Lancet was so kind they asked me "ma'am how much can you afford to pay" now I feel like this is taking the food out my childrens mouths, yes I understand it is my responsibility to pay but are they not considerate of the cost of living? Mind you bloods were taken on the 4th of September 2024 and I only received communication on the 11th of November 2024! I would never advise anyone to use this laboratories services!
