Overall excellence
Skills Academy and Bellview distant learning insitute, is really convenient for working people, they offer great student support, making everything easier for us, also they give enough time to go through assignment thoroughly.... what I love the most about this institute is that at least once or twice a month, student support will Telephonically contact me to find out how my studies are going and if there's anything I'm struggling with.... I'm so happy with my choice of studying through this institute...

Poor product production
Good Evening I hope this finds you well, I am very upset with the service I received from Debonairs IXOPO, I ordered a on the triple via the app for delivery, one of the pizza's I ordered was "peperoni and olives" and when I received my order all my pizza had was Peperoni and not a single olive...I Should some how think they should have communicated with me if the had run out of Olives!? Which would then give me a choice to change my pizza choices....

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff
I went to chicken licken woodburn square in pietermaritzburg, their staff was unprofessional and unfriendly and to make matters worse, the lady made me place an order before telling me that they are only taking cash, which according to my knowledge I should have been asked if I was using cash or card and she should have then apologized for the inconvenience and stated that they are only taking cash

Bad Service, inconsiderate service provider
So my baby had bloods taken and medical aid did not cover the whole costs... I have tried to make payment arrangements, I haven been told that if I make those arrangements it could only be over 3 months, which is an amount that I cannot cover with my salary vs expenditure..... I previously had the same problem of medical aid not paying for bloods with Lancet and Lancet was so kind they asked me "ma'am how much can you afford to pay" now I feel like this is taking the food out my childrens mouths, yes I understand it is my responsibility to pay but are they not considerate of the cost of living? Mind you bloods were taken on the 4th of September 2024 and I only received communication on the 11th of November 2024! I would never advise anyone to use this laboratories services!

Telkom! My Mum has 2 sim contracts with them which are supposed to be fixed contracts, but telkom debit what the feel the can debit!!!

Standard of food...
I went to Debonairs, Ixopo today, i order a large creamy chicken triple decker, but it wasn't creamy at all, the way very little sauce and filling, there was hardly any chicken....I feel like I paid for their dough.....

Poor Services from UIF Claims
I app**** for UIF-Maternity benefits in July 2023, till date I've only received 1 payment and after contacting the call center back and forth via calls I've got no help, I've sent emails and have got no replies.... I actually feel like there's no use in a person paying uif if we have to be back and forth for money that I is due to me because I've been contributing faithfully every month...

Bad service for working clients
I'm writing a review on behalf of my mother who urgently needed a bank statement, while at work.... they have no system of helping people who are at work, now remember when you are at work you are giving a lunch or tea break, the lines were extremely long and no-one was willing to help her, instead told to going the line at the atm, when eventually explaining to them, your are told to join a line inside, once joined that line you are told you cannot be helped there, you need to join another line which is just as long are people who work in retail not considered? This was Standard Bank Ixopo

Terrible service
So Debonairs always has problems with their drivers or some sort of issue their service is terrible if you ask me... Today I order, on the App they accept my order amd it states that driver are available I call an hour later to find out what's happening, and they say they tried to call me(which i didn't receive any calls) to tell me they don't have a driver can I please collect.... now why would I have requested delivery of I could have picked up.... and it's not like their pizzas are to a proper debonairs standard like I'd receive in pmb or dbn
