Flow Path Socking Service and Treatment

<p>Really unhappy with the SHOCKING service from Flow Path. Firstly, the staff from the Umhlanga Rocks branch are rude and clueless. The staff where more interested in chatting about their weekend than assisting. Secondly I was priced for 6 different blood tests from the Overport Branch, all costs based on Medical Aid rates. However, the receptionist made a mistake and quote “Cash” prices. I simply cannot believe there is such a thing, one would assume cash prices mean, payment by cash e.g. and you claim from medical aid (Which in all honesty is perfectly fine): Flow Path state however, if you pay R250.00 cash price for the blood, then you CANNOT GET AN INVOICE and claim it back from Medical Aid. Apparently medical aids will charge you R800.00 instead of the R250.00. Of course this is such rubbish, I phoned my medical aid and they state they will pay out on what you submit. So if I had claimed the R250.00 then the medical aid will refund you R250.00 or less depending on what they cover for that particular test. Medical Aids will NEVER charge more than what you paid for the test. What a liar Flow Path. Flow Path I have been using you for YEARS, twice a year for over 4-6 tests each time. Your rudeness when I called to complain was dealt with in a SHOCKING manner by Byron. Will never use you again and warning to all clients regarding the shocking behaviour.</p> <p> </p>
