Awesome Service

What amazing service from Supa Quick Gateway. I dealt with Ranjith Ramrathen, he took the time to explain everything that was required with my vehicle. His follow up and feedback was amazing. Offered me a variety of tyres and explained the pro and cons. After getting new tyres and the shocks replaced in my vehicle, he found the brakes and the brake disks to be worn and urgent need of replacing. After calling my dealership, Honda, they quoted me the earth. R6000.00 plus. MADNESS. Ranjith suggested i go to Midas, order the parts and bring back to him. He installed for R450.00. The parts totalled to approx. R1200.00. I was so chuffed with the saving. Thank you Ranjith Ramrathen your Supa Quick Branch ROCKS!!!

Creative Cleaning

Bad Service - Let down at the last minute

So, So disappointed with Creative Cleaning. I booked this company to clean a holiday apartment one week in advance, arrangement via email, verbally confirmed and via WhatsApp. The appoint was set for Monday 8.30am. Two days before the clean, I contacted Noel from Creative Cleaning to confirm our Monday 8.30am appointment. Only to be told sorry he has made another appointment but would come Monday that afternoon at 2pm. Noel from Creative Cleaning was made aware that the cleaner leaves at 3.30pm. Guess what, a NO SHOW!!!!!!!!!! Shocking service. I then WhatsApp Noel and expressed my disappointment and again, no curtesy to even reply, apologise etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Bad Service. My clients had to go into a flat with a dirty bed. We pride ourselves in having beds cleaned for our clients.

SHOCKING SERVICE!! UTH (UNLIMITED TOWNHOUSE LACK OF SERVICE)

I sent an email on the 12 September 2016 to ********** regarding a claim for a contractor who completed work at one of the flats. UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) “offers” body corporate services to Home Owners (by the looks of it the LACK OF). The email was directed to Priya Chetty ********** ********** (Senior Manager); ********** (Designation unknown as he never bothered to come back to me). To date 31 October 2016 UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) have failed to finalise this issue. The contractor remains unpaid. As you can imagine the contractor has been desperate for his money. UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) do NOT REPLY and quite frankly do NOT CARE about the contractor’s lively hood. Priya mentioned she is waiting for one Trustee to authorise. It seems this trustee must be living under a rock somewhere with no internet connection or cell service or Telkom line. 50 days later and the contractor is still not paid. I have taken to pay the contractor myself. I do not feel he should be left any longer, it is sad UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) keep contractors WAITING for money. UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) your approach to this matter is shocking. UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) your customer service is shocking. UTH (Unlimited Townhouse) your communication s****s are lacking. Rogue Contractor. Beware.

We used Fast Track Construction PTY LTD (Craig Cotton) in November 2015 to replace 7 Window hinge arms at R2100.00 for one of our Landlords. Whilst doing the job the contractor (Fast Track Construction PTY LTD (Craig Cotton) cracked several windows in the property. To date after numerous emails, phone calls and even a call to his Landlord, he has REFUSED to make good. Fast Track Construction PTY LTD (Craig Cotton) promised to fix the job 2 months ago and guess what NOTHING has been done. Fast Track Construction PTY LTD (Craig Cotton) is now avoiding all calls and contact. Shocking Shocking Shocking. Beware of this company!!!

Awesome Service

A massive thank you to the team leader Sinaid / Zinaid (sorry spelling) from Takealot / Mr D. His follow up to my order was 100% perfect. Good service should be rewarded. Thank you again for making a special allowance and going above and beyond to make sure my parcel arrived on time, this could have been a disaster had you not spun some magic. Your constant update on the delivery was unbelieveable. Thank you again

Flow Path Socking Service and Treatment

Really unhappy with the SHOCKING service from Flow Path. Firstly, the staff from the Umhlanga Rocks branch are rude and clueless. The staff where more interested in chatting about their weekend than assisting. Secondly I was priced for 6 different blood tests from the Overport Branch, all costs based on Medical Aid rates. However, the receptionist made a mistake and quote “Cash” prices. I simply cannot believe there is such a thing, one would assume cash prices mean, payment by cash e.g. and you claim from medical aid (Which in all honesty is perfectly fine): Flow Path state however, if you pay R250.00 cash price for the blood, then you CANNOT GET AN INVOICE and claim it back from Medical Aid. Apparently medical aids will charge you R800.00 instead of the R250.00. Of course this is such rubbish, I phoned my medical aid and they state they will pay out on what you submit. So if I had claimed the R250.00 then the medical aid will refund you R250.00 or less depending on what they cover for that particular test. Medical Aids will NEVER charge more than what you paid for the test. What a liar Flow Path. Flow Path I have been using you for YEARS, twice a year for over 4-6 tests each time. Your rudeness when I called to complain was dealt with in a SHOCKING manner by Byron. Will never use you again and warning to all clients regarding the shocking behaviour.

Ster-Kinekor SUX

One the 21 March 16 we went to the movies at Gateway Ster-Kinekor. What a MISTAKE that was. We arrived APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR BEFORE OUR MOVIE so we could get all the necessary (at extremely high cost. All the food and drinks they sell is at 500% profit) and AVOID ALL THE NASTY QUEUES. Needless to say a NEW QUEUING SYSTEM HAD BEEN INTRODUCED WITH NO SIGNAGE, NO ***ISTANCE FROM STAFF, IT WAS JUST A SHAMBLES. Patrons where frustrated by the LACK OF SERVICE, THE LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND THE LACK OF ANYTHING THAT RESEMBLES NORMALITY. After queuing twice (as the new system calls for) one and half hours later popcorn in hand and 30 MINUTES’ LOSS OF THE MOVIE, stressed beyond belief and a waste of my day out. I complained online as no manager was on site (I think he ran away through stress of all the patrons and the disaster of shocking service) I received a response that management would contact me for a refund on our tickets. I reminded Ster-Kinekor on the 23rd March that I have had no response, a false promise that management was on it and the REGIONAL MANAGER would get back to me as a matter of urgency. Of course NO REPLY. SHOCKING!!!! On the 2nd May I remind them again and guess what NOTHING. So 51 days later I am still waiting….

SHOCKING SERVICE ADT - Give me my money back

SHOCKING SERVICE ADT Recently I had to cancel my ADT contract after supporting ADT for well over 15 years for several different properties. ADT failed to assist during a break-in and arrived 40 minutes later. Sufficient notice was given to ADT as confirmed by: Tasneem Du Toit (Customer Service Agent) for ADT South Africa. I gave strict instructions NOT to debit my account for the annual radio fee as I had one month left before moving to Marshall Security. However ADT completely ignored this instruction and debited my account without my approval. Tasneem Du Toit (Customer Service Agent) for ADT South Africa keeps telling me my money is on its way and yet no deposit is made. Shocking service ADT, please just refund my money, you have NO RIGHT to retain these funds.!!! ADT reply: \A follow up is being done with the credit control department to assist."Yet nothing ever materialises ... Catch a wake up ADT you are loosing clients thick and fast."""

SO SHOCKED AT DISCHEM 20% SPRING SALE

A few weeks ago I went into Dis-chem (La Lucia Mall Branch) to price a bottle of perfume for a friend's birthday. It was priced R1080.00. It was a shared gift so I had to get my friends approval before I could purchase the item. A few weeks later my friend went to Dis-chem to purchase the perfume and saw that Dis-chem would be giving a 20% discount on the 1st of September. Obviously we decided to wait to get this wonderful discount. SADLY when arriving yesterday to buy the perfume, it has miraculously gone up by R190.00 making the perfume now R1270.00. (Accommodating the 20% \discount"??) After approaching management they obviously denied the price increase in such a rude manner as well. SHOCKING SERVICE! To be sure I had the right price"
