Bad service delivery

Ordered 12 log stem red roses on 13 February to be delivered between 08h00 & 13h00, for which I paid a premium. Delivered 14 February just before 15h00. Delivered 11 red roses. Most disappointing flower arrangement I have ever seen, compared to other florists. Could not believe what I paid for that. Tried contacting them to see where the delivery was. Calls and WhatsApp's ignored for most part. Eventually received a reply, saying they are checking, but no feedback thereafter. Left a message on their website expressing disappointment. they don't bother responding. Will never deal with them again.
