I ordered flowers and a hamper from FLOWERS CO.ZA in South Africa on Wednesday 22 March for delivery on Friday and Saturday 24 and 25th March to an address in the Strand Cape Town. It was for my partner on her birtday. I paid R1350.00 for the order. Despite sending out a message that the goods were underway, it just never turned up and FLOWERS CO.ZA did not even apologized. Beside losing my money, it also let my wife without flowers and unhappy on her birthday. Such pathetic business behavior is nothing but appalling and a direct reflection of the mentality of management running that company.
