Paid in full, no website delivered, and no communication

I paid Fluid Orange (Ashlin) on 2 October for the full design and development of my Amour Glacé website. I received a short live preview during the design process, but shortly after, the site went offline and I haven’t had any further updates.

I’ve followed up multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but have had no response for weeks. I’m very disappointed, as I paid in good faith and just want the completed website or a refund.

Hoping this review prompts a resolution.
