Lashmar Media is refusing to give me access to my own website files, even though I am the registered domain owner and their direct client. They have ignored my lawyer’s formal letters and continue to withhold access, leaving my website offline and harming my business. Very unprofessional experience. Resolution requested: Release my website files immediately

Very bad! Website Taken Down & No Access After Payment
I paid Fluid Orange (Ashlin/Sinead) R5,000 to build my business website (amourglace.co.za). She completed the site and made it live — then took it offline without my consent and has ignored all calls, emails, and WhatsApps ever since. She refuses to give me access to my own website files and even instructed the hosting provider to block me, despite the domain being registered in my name. My lawyer sent formal letters to her, which she has not responded to. I have now had to escalate this to the domain registrar and regulatory bodies. Warning: Very unprofessional experience — payment made, no access, no response, and website removed. Resolution requested: Access to my website files or a refund.

Paid in full, no website delivered, and no communication
I paid Fluid Orange (Ashlin) on 2 October for the full design and development of my Amour Glacé website. I received a short live preview during the design process, but shortly after, the site went offline and I haven’t had any further updates. I’ve followed up multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but have had no response for weeks. I’m very disappointed, as I paid in good faith and just want the completed website or a refund. Hoping this review prompts a resolution.
