Very bad! Website Taken Down & No Access After Payment

I paid Fluid Orange (Ashlin/Sinead) R5,000 to build my business website (amourglace.co.za). She completed the site and made it live — then took it offline without my consent and has ignored all calls, emails, and WhatsApps ever since.

She refuses to give me access to my own website files and even instructed the hosting provider to block me, despite the domain being registered in my name.

My lawyer sent formal letters to her, which she has not responded to.

I have now had to escalate this to the domain registrar and regulatory bodies.

Warning: Very unprofessional experience — payment made, no access, no response, and website removed.

Resolution requested: Access to my website files or a refund.
