<p>Beware !! ... I booked and paid for a flight to Harare from Jhb return, for my wife, daughter and I, in October last year 2015. On the 18th November I received an email from "donotreply@flyafrica.com" informing me that our flight, scheduled for Monday 23rd November, had been cancelled and I was to email my refund request to "feedback@flyafrica.com". This I did and after many email reminders and phone calls, I am still waiting for my refund. My next course of action will of course have to be a legal one and enter into a Class Action Lawsuit against the management and directors of this so-called airline. If one accepts a cash payment in respect of services or goods offered, and then fails to supply such services and/or goods, and also does not refund the money paid within a reasonable time period, then this must be common theft. This will be the thrust of my legal battle.</p>
