<p>Flight was cancelled the day before we were due to fly, and after trying to contact Fly Africa we had no response for almost a month until eventually Fly Africa responded and promised to refund the flight tickets. After waiting for 1 year and 2 months we are still yet to recieve our refund on the cancelled flights.</p>

<p>Its been over a year and im still waiting for my refund from Fly Africa. These guys owe me US$245 for a Byo Joburg return flight. I have done all the required procedures and nothing has happened up to now. Dont know what do next!!!!!</p>

<p>I booked a flight with fly africa last year for december the 16th 2015 and my flight was cancelled at the last minute tI'll today I have not received any thing and no one has contacted me for my refund this is really heart break8ng it's like they don't care if have sent countless emails sent them messages on their facebook page but still nothing hope you can help me out please.</p>

<p>Beware of booking with this sham for an airline! i had booked and paid for return flight from JHB to Windhoek in September 2015, 3 days before my flight was scheduled on the 27 November 2015 i recieved an email from ********** that my flight had been cancelled and that i should email the airline to arrange a refund. which I did with all my booking information. I recieved no response from FlyAfrica and their phone lines had coincidently stopped working. Tried contacting them for months till they eventually removed their contacts off their website.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I'm shocked how regulators have not cracked the whip on this fraudulant airline and they are possibly stealing from other customers as we speak.</p> <p>They owe me R3114 for flight tickets I had bought for myself and my partner.</p>

<p>Beware !! ... I booked and paid for a flight to Harare from Jhb return, for my wife, daughter and I, in October last year 2015. On the 18th November I received an email from "donotreply@flyafrica.com" informing me that our flight, scheduled for Monday 23rd November, had been cancelled and I was to email my refund request to "feedback@flyafrica.com". This I did and after many email reminders and phone calls, I am still waiting for my refund. My next course of action will of course have to be a legal one and enter into a Class Action Lawsuit against the management and directors of this so-called airline. If one accepts a cash payment in respect of services or goods offered, and then fails to supply such services and/or goods, and also does not refund the money paid within a reasonable time period, then this must be common theft. This will be the thrust of my legal battle.</p>

fly Africa has cancelled a flight that My mother booked to Zimbabwe on the 23 of December wich was due to fly on the 24 December 2015 A RETURN FLIGHT . we have requested refund from the 23 December 2015 till date with no response. R2946.78 is a lot of money to take from a pensioner for services not rendered . her booking Ref was BF42FMS . I WONT STOP TILL I GET THIS MONEY BACK.

Fly africa cancelled my flight that was meant to be on 21st of December 2015 and up to now they still haven't refunded me.They owe me R1148.79.
