Closing case without even updating me to offer any explanation. Please update me , i even phoned and still no feedback. I am not putting many details here please refer to the issue ref number
Thank you Mokhele Mokhele for showing integrity and empathy when my parcel was showing delivered yet it had not been delivered, you are the reason i decided to remove a not so good review. I trust you will investigate issues with the courier to avoid this experience on other customers.
paid for the appliance and only to be told it has been delivered to me yet nothing was delivered. I don't understand what happening here.
Thanks Balekani for following up my query with Vumatel and your customer empathy is much appreciated, please Supersonic remove that chatbot blocking us from getting quality human assistance .That automation is doing no good at all except frustrating delays
Chatbot standing on the way blocking us from getting good support. Throws irrelevant questions generalized conclusion. i am down and i know the issue has nothing to do with the generic responses i am getting , please link me to to human support and not these machines , calls cant get thru.
I used to battle with the service i the early days , i must admit that for the past 12 months i have had great service , reliable and fast. i get decent uploads and downloads of around 50 Meg and interruptions are are quite rare and quickly recover when it does happen.
All good until you need an update or if any changes happen to your flight .Trust me after sales support is non existent and after years doing my bookings thru this company i don't want to see the website again because you will be purely dealing with a robot with no much artificial intelligence. i ran out of words but trust me if you use this company you are bound to be disappointed in the end ,they cant even update with details of your flight changes. I went thru hell just because i booked thru them.
Amazing customer service from Tshepo Hobyane ,Quite Exceptional ,he takes your issue and owns it and provides the best. Very patient and does not rush you as he gathers all facts.

This company is driving me Nuts ,I lost my internet 3 days ago and i am still down. You call and agents promise to call you back and that's it .on the second day i had to drive to their office which is 30km away because with calls alone i had used close to R700 and spend majority of time listening to the music and being send from pillar to pillar. I was told my the issue is Vumatel which disconnected me in error .My main problem with supersonic is lack of communication and dogging agents ,yes you can meet a few good ones but the company is full of guys who don't want to do their work ,i feel bad for all those i have recommended to sign up with them when I thought they are as super as their name ,now i will need to make proper research before i get another service provider ,Unfortunately if the issue is Vumatel i expect my service provider to buffer me an do all the communication as well as update ,i never skip my payments but now approaching a week with no service. When you call some of the tech guys all they know is to ask you to switch router On and Off and check your cables even if you tell them my ping to internet is working but no browsing .Lets be serious and skill up guys ,Management where are you??!,please don't run down this company ,I thought it had a future ,plz sort out your ticketing system to have visibility unless you don't really care. the service is pathetic. Your agents lack problem ownership and by the end of the day i don't blame agents but you the decision makers.
